It's just coincidence 2 cousins were arrested 2 weeks apart with crimes involving guns and a silencer. Maybe they both have the same access so weapons and silencers obviously one needed them to shoot someone in a neighborhood silently so people next door couldn't hear the shots. This requires immediate action by the tribe and EC at next meeting for both groups arrested Kalice,Corey,beano and Tyann and Anthony. Two weapons crimes in 2 weeks examples need to be made.

Two North County residents who reported finding a stranger dead in the garage of the home they share were arrested Thursday on suspicion of murdering him.
Anthony James Boles Sr., 32 and Tyann Louise Allen, 30, were taken into custody; the as yet unnamed 44-year-old man was found dead in their home.
The two reported to tribal security that they found the man dead in their home when they returned from dinner Wednesday evening, according to San Diego sheriff's homicide Lt. Dan Brislin.
Pala security officers entered the home and found an adult male dead in the garage. At about 11 p.m., deputies entered the home and confirmed that the deceased male had apparent gunshot wounds, Brislin reported.
"The investigation established probable cause to arrest Boles and Allen for murder," Brislin wrote in a press release.
The motive was still under investigation The victim will be identified pending notification of the next of kin. The Medical Examiner's Office will be conducting an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
Just because they were arrested under probable cause doeshe not mean they are guilty. 1st degree murder is a serious crime, mean intent, planning, luring, and covering up are all needed to convict. I do not think they are involved, why would they call the cops if they were involved?

Some people need more help than others. And more prayers than others ! And we all need PRAYERS ! None of us are any better then anyone else . True maybe it has to do with misdirection but , that goes way further back then what's happening now ! We're all human and we all make mistakes . Instead of looking down on people and blaming certain families . Step back and look at your family ! Is everyone in your family all good without any problems ? @ 8:11 Mr Freeman did not do anything. It was not him that tried to fix the blood of Margarita to 1/2 instead of 4/4, why would he do that, she is his ancestor. We know who it was. The choice was made and the action was taken and unless someone was holding a gun to that persons head, they are guilty. No one else. No one else will be standing with them when they are judged, not Robert, not Theresa, no one. They must live with the consequences. @ 12:00 AM The gun part, I agree about, just because they have guns does not mean they are horrible people. The meth part speaks volumes though, not sure how much they had on them, but if you care about Cory and you must because you are sticking up for him, then get him to quit the meth, it will be the ruin of him and negatively affect everyone that loves him. The silencer part is not something that is needed by a recreational shooter or hunter, so why did they have a silencer and what gun was it for. Magazines I get too, if you have a semi or fully automatic, you want magazines, and in order to get you guns to go hunting or target shooting, you are going to need to transport them.
Maybe it's time that we form our own Justice system in Pala.

I think they are innocent. I believe Anthony was protecting his family late at night, and this Bradley character broke into his home and was caught, so he got shot. Case closed.

If you think they are so innocent, then why did they lie? Is simply telling the truth not an option these days? In case you didn't read the news, it stated that he and Tyann came home from dinner and found a "stranger" in their garage.
So, were the children in the home at the time of the murder? Where are the children? Does he have custody? So many unanswered questions! Too soon to speculate on guilty or not guilty. NOT CASE CLOSED.
I agree with 1:41 PM, also somebody mentioned he was tied up, that is why the police arrested the two, because if they were able to tie him up then they did not need to shoot him, they could have just called the police. But others have mentioned that Bradley staid at Anthony's all of the time, so they knew him, now there could be a whole different story, only time will tell. Innocent until proven guilty.
Don't forget to go to the meeting on Wed the 9th and give the EC more power to use against you in the coming weeks.

How do you know he was tied up? The news stated.they came home from dinner, maybe they just said that because he is a felony that is not supposed to have a gun. I think Bradley was robbing his house at night, in the dark, and was caught. I would have done the same thing if I caught somebody in my house. The fact that Bradley stayed there prior, even makes it more probable that he knew what was in the house and where to find stuff. Remember all the break ins happening around Pala, I think Anthony was just defending his home, his family, ando told security a lie. Lying is not killing someone in cold blood, I think the evidence will point to a break-in gone bad, and it will be a justifiable homicide, not guilty.
Surely if it was an intruder and self defense a lawyer would have had them out by now not sitting in there for 4 days. Wouldn't family hire a lawyer pronto.

I agree these are all assumptions. Was anyone there that saw this first hand or are we all going by the pending charges the girl was facing? Key word pending charges she was not charged at this time with anything. Really everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Yes even Robert Smiths family have that right.. She may not have done the things the press was saying. And you definitely cant just go on pending charges from the sheriffs site. Its not right to just assume and speculate.
Oh yeah and just because someone was arrested does not make them guilty.
