November's PBMI General Council meeting agenda items largely relate to the lawsuit filed against Dentons US LLP and Robert Smith. There's a lot going on here including amending the Constitution at a General Council meeting and approval of multiple attorney contracts. Looks like another power grab by the Executive Committee.
