$80 Million Dollars Stolen

It's been 4 years since Pala's Executive Committee committed mass disenrollments.  162 people had their lives turned upside down along with their families.  Over the 4 year period Pala's Executive committee has stolen $80 million dollars from the disenrolled.

Where did it go?  Did PBMI members enjoy nice per capita increases?

Millions of dollars were invested in Pala Interactive which engages in online gaming in New Jersey.  Are PBMI members getting nice per capita checks from this venture?

What happened to the minor trust funds?

Everything just vanished into the black hole that is Theresa Nieto's accounting system.

Who benefited from the mass disenrollments at Pala?  It doesn't seem PBMI members enjoyed any benefit from it.  But it sure gave Pala's Executive Committee extra money to play with.

Meanwhile Private Jets, box seats, fancy dinners, new vehicles, and fancy golf carries on. Oh, and an RV Park.

This is all true, one day they will have to pay for all of this corruption and hate. Sad that people who are supposed to be leaders and in charge of the tribe are so greedy and hateful. She is no True Catholic and her place in hell is deep, because she knows better.

I just heard some great news in regards to our 2 corrupt tribal leaders and 3 other names I will not say. There were more that I do not know.Pala will be free in the near future as long as other tribal members get some balls and not still be afraid to stand up to them while their away. There will be an opening a window for the good people of Pala to take back the tribe and give it back to the people. The Dictator's reign is coming to an end. I knew this was coming at some point and now I see a light at the end of the dark tunnel we at Pala have been in the last few years. In the first time in a long time I actually see a future for Pala a future free of oppression, fear, and uncertainty. Thank you to the people that have and will continue to do the right thing.

I agree 10:20 AM. and to think that she acts like she is second to none makes want to sick to my stomach.
I wonder what the Priest at the Pala Mission really think about her being corrupt toward the Tribal Members.
I know that their are Catholic Tribal Members that will not attend Mass here anymore as long as she is allowed to participate at the Mission. Nothing worse than a FAKE Catholic.

Theresa Nieto should move back to Escondido where she belongs and leave us alone.
Every thing was fine until she started screwing with Robert, Kilma and anyone else that wanted a nasty piece of ass .
Now this is a bitch with no class, just a community piece of ass.

More evictions coming to your neighborhood by the office of special trustees on the behalf of the natives that have denied there hearitage for decades. Now its time for the ones that are tresspassing to pay there fines and get there stuff off that land. The trib and the bia should of warned you that this was coming to your doorstep decades ago now the trespassers will be charged for the tresspassing and not having a lease agreement with the bia and will have to pay back rent for the duration on there squatting. They should of educated the tresspassers on this matter long time ago. But the bia and the tribe hid it from you, they knew what they we're doing when they put a sewer left station on land that they didn't have a lease agreement for. Now they have to pay the price also, so you are not alone. There are more evictions to follow besause there are more squatters on lands that doesn't belong solely to them. Poeple have to educate them self on Indian trust land because they don't solely own the land. The lands are broke into indain shares that are fractiones. There for you can't squat on land unless you have %50 of the interested holders agreeing on letting you squat. And since we have been kept out of our heritage by Robert Smith we will never agree anybody to squat on our land. We are the real natives that belong, we are the out cast that Robert has denied now everyone has to pay.. See you in 90 days

If Pala has a sewer lift station, why hasn't it sucked up Smith, Nieto and Perez. Aren't they all squatters? and sewer waste?
I have even heard people say that they look like SHIT.

Also speaking of squatters.
Did you know that the land where Robert Smith live does not belong to him. It was part of a deal that was made with the Pala Mission for the Grave yard land deal and Smith wanted that piece for himself.
Check the records with the BIA and the Mission Records.

@ 3:10 PM

You are correct about the land deal between Smith and the Mission, how else could he have gotten that piece of land that belonged to the Mission and was not connected in any way to an allotment on either side of his Family.
The only part that was Family is where his old house is located.
That was on his Smith side of an allotment.
But the back piece belonged to the Mission.

I did check the records in San Diego and you are correct, the land where his house is located did in fact belong to the Mission in Pala
and was part of the Grave yard deal.
So it should be Tribal Land, however it is in the name of Robert Smith
only.
Is the old Indian Mission turning a blind eye to the corruption at Pala?
