Here is a real man that's mot afraid to stand up for himself in this type of issue. He believes in his reservation and its Members. Instead of putting him down we should Respect him and stand beside him in this terrible fight against the EC.

yeah, what is this man, late 70's early 80's? All you people in pala should wash that yellow streak off your backs and learn something from this man. He is a elder, has grown up watching how the old people who have passed on handled crap like the crap that's going on now in pala. Watching this man continue to fight for all you cowards so you dont have to live with the likes of R.S., T.N.,and the rest of the circus act there is hard for me to understand, because quite frankly you people don't deserve it, PERIOD!

Sorry King that you are being treated this way, it is wrong. It is also very unprofessional and at best very lazy for a lawyer to send a letter and include names of people who have nothing to do with what they are alleging. It is a disgusting representation of a field that is suppose to represent good smart people, ha. Have they ever heard of verifying information before staking claim to it.

@7:47 PM Its not the way that BIA Regional Amy Douchsbag and the Pala EC do things. the leap before they look.

Someone needs to check Amy Douchebags bank accounts. And if she is feeding her niece classified info, she should be prosecuted.

Not classified info, but definitely confidential. Some information would be available through a Freedom of Information Act request, but personal information like membership rolls is definitely protected.

Have a tribal government shutdown until all funds of the tribe are explained and accounted for.

I hope that the Denton Law Firm sees how bad this looks for them. Her actions are irresponsible and down right unjust. The State Bar is going to get many complaints and the Allegiance of NNABA (National Native American Bar Association) who said they were against disenrollments and of which Denrons is part of will get complaints about her too. Are they all liars too? Why would they let them be a part of something that claims to be against exactly what they are doing?

?Question
If Robert Smith is claiming to be the Chairman of two different Tribes
isn't he subject to immediate disenrollment?
#2 Question-What does the rest of the EC claim? Are they also claiming to be the EC of two different Tribes?
And if so, aren't they also subject to immediate disenrollment.
Because when they were voted in, they were voted in as running for a seat on the Pala Band of Mission Indians EC, and not the Pala Band of Luisceno Mission Indians.

We are giving a deadline to the EC of Pala of November 1st 2015, to reinstate the Pala members. Robert Smith,Theresa Nieto,Howard Maxcy,Dion Perez,Theressa Villa and Sheila (Smith) Lopez as Executive Council you have 22 days to fix your mistake and take another look at the Margarita Brittain blood degree. You have the power to end this or continue fighting the rest of your days as leaders of the Pala Band.

And according to the Agenda for the next Meeting the EC wants the General Council to give them more power. They want the GC to give them authority to hire all Attorneys without the GC approval.
They even included Dentons Law Firm on the list with Sara D. as the Tribes Attorney.
This is the Law firm that uses Tribal Funds to bring Charges against Tribal Elders. The same Law Firm that defends Robert Smith and Charges it to the Tribe. VOTE IT DOWN, NO MORE POWER TO THE EC TO PAY ROBERS PERSONAL ISSUES.THIS LAW FIRM IS BEING SUED BY A TRIBAL MEMBER .
