Pala Interactive's Jim Ryan Gushes For The Reporters

I would expect that there would be a large Christmas Bonus for Tribal Members since Pala Interactive is doing so well.  Thank you Jim Ryan.  I bet the tribal members of Pala are enjoying the tremendous benefit Pala Interactive is bringing to their lives.

PALA’S JIM RYAN EXPLAINS HOW A CALIFORNIA TRIBE BECAME A MAJOR ONLINE PLAYER IN NJ

From PlayNJ.com

Excerpt:

RYAN ON PALA INTERACTIVE’S SUCCESS SO FAR
PNJ: PalaCasino.com recently celebrated three years in New Jersey’s regulated online gaming space. How would you assess Pala’s performance over those three years?

Jim Ryan: We are proud of our performance. Why I say that is because we entered the market a year after it opened without a brand and without a player database. To any onlooker, we were seen as an underdog.

However, we have quietly built our business and continued to improve our platform and add new games. We have been largely focused on our casino business and the casino offering has upwards of 300 games today. We were only one of two operators to introduce a bingo product and we offer bingo three times a week.

We have a very loyal customer base that comes and plays bingo but, equally importantly, that same customer base enjoys our casino games, so it is a growth driver. With the launch of our poker product in June, we are the only operator in the marketplace that has got casino, bingo and poker.

Equally with poker, which although has very small liquidity, it is already breaking even for us. So, in terms of overall performance, we have come from nowhere and while we certainly aren’t the biggest, we are far from the smallest operator. And in that respect, we are proud of those accomplishments.

PNJ: What about your performance in terms of revenue?

JR: We generally haven’t quoted the size of our business, but we do over $600,000 a month in revenue and we are continuing to grow at a reasonable pace.

Potentially up to $100 Million of allegedly borrowed money was invested by "The Tribe" aka Robert Smith.  3 years later the ROI is $600K per month.  What would it be if the money was just put in a savings account?

Talk at the Casino bar is that Robert Smith and Theresa Nieto have
approved a $25,000 Christmas bonus for Jim Ryan the GM at the Casino.
Some of the workers are really pissed off.

I herd the same rumor tonight at the Bar.

Looks like Pala is the place to commit Murder and get away with it.
Seems that the women that confessed to killing Bradley Trujillo Jr. is out of custody and roaming the streets of the Pala Reservation.
At least for now.
I would be surprised if someone doesn't attack her for what she did.

The sad part is that the members just watch it happen and do nothing about it. Every member that knows of any murder that someone has gotten away with is just as guilty. They still take Robert's handouts. They are telling him and God that Robert can do whatever he wants as long as he still gives the members their money and the only time they get mad is if their bonuses are in question. So what are they going to tell God on their judgement day, that they knew about the many murders, but did not care enough to do anything. How sad for those who were murdered, their own relatives did not care enough about them to get justice for them, instead they helped the murderer get away with it. Two perfect examples are the Scott boy, and Bruce Molina. The members know. At least Bradley's family cares and they will fight for his justice. Bruce's own brother Dion really knows. All of his family knows and they don't do anything because they do not want to lose their precious money. The victims will see their justice when their family members start passing away. God knows.

Just in from two reliable sources. Amy Dutschke has decided to take a buy out and retire. Ding Dong the witch is dead. Now the question will be will all the corruption under Amy be exposed and will people finally start going to jail. The hush money around the BIA has to be flowing like a waterfall.

Anonymous said...

I'm not holding my breath. Is this the third time she has announced her retirement?

Anonymous said...

She is not going any where.
She has to much to lose, like all the millions of hush money from Robert Smith and other corrupt leaders that she supports and gives
fake documents to for there disenrollment agenda's and maybe even
prison time if she is found out.
The only way that she will be gone is if she is locked up or dies.

Looks like3 like Pala finally got rid of Howard Maxcey as Vice Chairman of Pala.
That is if Robert Smith doesn't cry foul again.
Tony Ravago won by a landslide and is now the NEW vice Chairman of the Pala Band of Mission Indians.
I'll bet the pilot of the Bands jet is happy also.

Don't worry Theresa J. Nieto your skanky ass is next on the chopping block along with Robert H. Smith.
How do you two live with your self's watching your loved ones die
because of your evilness.

Anonymous said...

Dion's family too, they are losing their loved ones, so sad. One day they might understand what repercussions they have created for their families by their cruel greed, but that will probably be when they are in hell, (hopefully having to face their own evil deeds over and over again.) In the meantime, if you are related to one of the committee members, be wary. Try to talk some sense into your relative, because that money does you no good when you are gone, IS IT WORTH IT?

The last 3 post are true. Also look at Leroy Miranda.
He looks like one of those actors from the living dead.
And now he just lost his sister.
Karma is something that you should never take a chance on.

The whole Reservation needs to be blessed why do you think there has been so many deaths ....... Sad like a bad curse

Only time will tell if Ravago does good for the members or if he is just another hand picked smith lackey. We know him to be a good person and now the job will show us if he is truly a man and can stand on his own 2 feet and not just get in line with the current rule. Robert was backing Ravago so that kind of worries me a bit unless Rob himself is starting to change or maybe it was Nieto and the Lugos all along tempting Robert and showing him the way of wrong and now he is cleaning house and in November Nieto and Dion will be up for election so we can finish the job we started at this election. If there is any matters of enrollment/disenrollment brought up I hope they do it correctly and not like the last time and Ravago makes them re-look at the last disenrollments to make sure nothing fishy went on and if there was a mistake with disenrolling them. Hey it’s never too late to fix mistakes and people do forgive.

And also Robert Smiths brother Andrew just lost another child.
His oldest daughter Nya Smith died last week.
Blame your brother Robert, Andrew.
He is the one that's bringing the death curse to the Reservation
by his lying and corruption to serve his own agenda and not caring one bit who gets hurt, not even his own flesh and blood.

Ravago is a terrible leader. He allowed an open racist to be his assistant chief at the fire department for years. The complaints against him were so egregious that the executive committee had to step in to fire him. The guys who come to our home when we're sick or in need are well trained and very experienced, but the Ravago and his boys club are the opposite. From what I hear he's a big joke in the fire service.
He used to coach kids baseball years ago and would do nothing but scream and yell at the poor kids. Just ask his ex wife and son Robert about his temper. Even the Rez Riders decided enough was enough and kicked him out of their club. Now he's got a new club and I hear they're all growing tired of his attitude as well. This man is not a leader, he's a puppet.

@ 8:28 PM above.
Nice try Mr. Maxcey just go away and take your loss like a real man.
Sorry I forgot your not a real man.

Anonymous said...

Maybe Kim Un Smith will be next to bite the bullet.
There aren't very many Smiths left to bury.
Better hurry up and die Robert we are running out of room at the Grave Yard.
Sorry I forgot you and Nieto are going to be laid to rest way up in Gregory Canyon because that as close to Heaven that you evil fuckers
will get.

Maybe just dump there body's some where like a dog see how they like it

I have more respect for a dead dog than I do for Robert Smith or Theresa Nieto.

Chop them up and flush them down the toilet like the rest of the shit.

Fucking Nieto reminds me of an owl sitting on a power pole looking for its next victim.

Who among you is in any position to judge? The entire reservation is a garbage dump, just look at the way you people keep your homes. Any self respecting human being would cherish the palaces you have been gifted but you all treat them like your own personal landfill. The few members with any dignity have left that hell hole long ago. Who in their right minds would want to raise children in a place where drugs, violence and pedophilia are accepted and condoned by the general public? Young people destroy their bodies and die at an alarming rate and everyone just laughs it off as "Rez life". Yet another one was just buried today. A culture is truly lost when you fail to protect your own children. Pala has become a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. Disgusting

Anonymous said...

@8:01- you are 100% right. They think that just because they are Indians that they are spiritual, peaceful, honest, and brave. Ha! All they care about is the money! They are watching the reservation destruct before their eyes and they are contributing to the destruction while they turn around and act like they are holy and good. They are truly only fooling themselves. Of course there are still some very good people in Pala, but they are few and far between. Eventually it all comes back to you.

Anonymous said...

I blame the fucking Chairman and his corrupt group for the way things are in Pala.
If he would put as much into fixing the wrongs that have spread through the Rez as he does into causing splitting the Rez, things could be good again.
However he is to far into the corruption of the Tribe to make anything right again, so he blames others for his evilness and continues on with his bullshit.

Didn't the Pala Members vote at a meeting at the old tribal building one time that Marie Smiths kids also could not hold any official
position involving the Tribe.
Then how in the hell is her son able to be the Chairman ?
If she stole from the tribe and got away with it you know her son will do the same thing.

Anonymous said...

Yes I have heard the same thing but I have never seen the minutes from that meeting or document to state that. If anyone does have it we can bring it forward and that’s grounds for Robert being impeached since he never should have been able to hold office I. The first place and is still not allowed to. Well that’s if the tribe did vote on it and somebody has the proof or paperwork with them because if it’s in the tribes archives I’m sure Robert destroyed it long ago so if anyone has copies to prove that this is true then he’s out. Actually not so fast because he’ll probably just pack a bunch of people in to vote to change it but then again that doesn’t stop all the past years that he did hold office illegally. That would also mean that anything he voted on to pass like the disenrollments would be void. I don’t think he would be able to pass those disenrollments off today with all the scrutiny and everybody who can think for themselves and look for themselves knows the truth the only ones that just rather listen to what they’re told instead of think for themselves Might still believe the lies about the disenrollments.

Anonymous said...

The only person that would documents from that meeting would be Emily
Subish the sister of Julianna Rodriguez who was the Tribes sect. at that time.
I am sure that she still has all of Julianna's papers in storage at her home.
But she can be hard to deal with at times unless it will help her or her family.
Jullianna always saved ever thing that concerned the meetings and motions made at meetings.

Anonymous said...

If all the members in Pala know the truth about why and how the disenrollments went down, then why are you members not trying to make it right and heal your Reservation ?.
Don't you understand that Robert and Theresa Nieto can do the same thing to your family?
Is it okay with you that true members of the Tribe were a target for
Smith and Nieto to practice with to see if they could get away with controlling the tribal members to do as the say and won't ?.
What are you going do if they feel like doing this to your family ?
Wouldn't you expect your people to stand up for you if it did happen?
Does keeping a corrupt Chairman and a corrupt Treasure to run the tribe mean that much to you ?
Well if so, then I feel very sorry for you because this puts you in the same bracket as Smith and Nieto, and we all know were they are headed for when they pass away.
If you think for just a second that this is hell living in fear just wait until you meet your maker.
Hope you like fire.

True 3:18, and stop blaming the FBI and others for not fixing this problem that you could fix without any outside help.

Anonymous said...

Well said 3:18. I wish the people of pala would stand by each other. The Britian 1/16s should be put back on the rolls and no other family should have to ever worry about being dissenrolled. It is a shameful act. And a horrible thing to hold over our people's heads. I don't know how people can stand idlely by while a pala family is tormented like this. These are our brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins.

Anonymous said...

It has been 6 years now, still hurts every day.

Anonymous said...

Well all I can say is stop voting for him and take a stand for your
people.
Stop worrying about your little per cap check because after Smith and Nieto are out your Per capita will double from what it is now.

Anonymous said...

There is a whole generation of Pala members who don't even know who was Chairman before Robert Smith. All they know is corruption and crime. They don't remember when most Pala members were kind and generous people that were hospitable and decent.

That pig of Chairman enrolled many people because they would support him, and disenrolled the people who opposed him. Now he has lots of yes men, a bunch of blackmail evidence for threats, and total control of the money so he can pretty much bribe whoever he wants. People might grumble and complain, but they are so afraid of losing their per capita they refuse to act against him.

And there have been murders so the threat is real. Sad times for the Pala people, and those who are working to make it better have been blackballed and ostracized because they have the courage to oppose the evil Chairman.

Anonymous said...

I guess that Karma is the only thing that will serve justice on the
Pala Chairman Robert Un Smith, aka "the pocket man".
However there are many rumors going around that some people are really fed up with his corrupt way are may act soon on him and Nieto.
But like I said these are only rumors.
All we can do is hope for justice in any form.
