In 1903 the Agua Caleinte Cupeno were removed from their ancestral tribal home, the Village of Kupa also known as Warner's Hot Springs. The Cupeno were forced onto the Pala Indian Reservation. This is known as the Cupeno Trail of Tears.
On June 1st, 2011 and February 1st, 2012 162 Warner Ranch Evictee Agua Caliente Cupeno were removed from the PBMI Association by the Pala Enrollment Committee. This is our Second Trail of Tears.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving may got without real thanks as Robert Smith has called an emergency meeting to discuss election discrepancies. The election is a matter of the election committee. RIGHT!!!! When there were discrepancies in the election with Kenneth Johnson the election committee decided that he lost when in fact he had won. So the power is with the Election Committee not the General Council and Robert Smith should have no right to challenge the eleciton committee. So what happened? Did little golfer howie really threaten to spill the beans on Robert? Is that what Robert calls election discrepancy? Is Howie so hooked on his stealing from the tribe and riding around on his golfing jet that he is suffering total detox and afraid he may have to pay for his own bad habits? It that is the case then I guess there is a discrepancy in the election. After all the thieves have controlled pala ever since the casino came. At least Tony Ravago has always worked for and in favor of tribe. I doubt if Tony has taken even one penny from the tribe illegally. So what is right for Pala is truly wrong for Robert Smith and his do nothing for the tribe Howies.
I wonder how there can be election discrepancies when the elections are rigged? I bet someone forgot to stuff the ballot box with Robert's prepared ballots.
What happen was someone on the election committee who supports Maxcy was upset he didn’t win and started saying there were problems with the voting and it wasn’t done right. So now they are having another election giving Maxcy another chance to try and win. When he loses again after making sure all his supporters and family go in to vote then Tony will be our new vice chairman and Pala will be heading in the right direction. So make sure you all go out and vote for Tony Ravago!

Then comes Smith and Nieto and they didn't like certain Members even though they asked for their votes and made promises to the members. I believe that Smith and Nieto had this sneaky agenda all long. Its never going to get better until someone stands up to the EC. The Members already voted and their choice was Tony Ravago. What does the Constitution say about this? Besides the fact that Howard Maxcey is nothing but a crybaby.

Kenny Johnson would have made a good chairman and that's why Robert wanted him gone so he wouldn't be a threat to him. Kenny would have exposed all the wrong doings in Pala and worked to fix them.
Did anyone consult the Pala Election Ordinance to see what the proper procedure is to address accusations that the Election Committee mishandled the count?
Really now. A member of the Election Committee accused the Committee of Election Fraud. I have a high level of confidence that a new election will straighten out the problem. NOT.
I also hear that Smith and Nieto are laughing at the Members and giving them a large Christmas Bonus of $ 6000.00. Is this just a fucking joke or what. Get them out you dummy asses. Why do you settle for this bullshit. Also the only way Howard Maxcey will win the new fake election is for him to reverse the disenrollments. And we all know that's not going to happen. Wow just think of all of those votes he could get.
Stop dreaming Robert will never allow that to happen as long as he is in power only if we get a new chairman or enough new EC members to overpower his vote. If we can vote Maxcy out this year and then next election vote another one out it can happen.
