Your team needs to be more proactive. I sent out emails to 40+ with addresses for BIA/Senate/Congress and Academics...ALL that had to be done was REPLY ALL, so they'd get them again and again... so far, ONE has done it.

DO YOU THINK it's MAGIC that will make a difference? Or hard work?
The BIA has checked my site 4 times today...

What are you waiting for???

The Pala EC better get ready for a fight for what's about to happen in the United States Supreme Court.
Once the BIA is put down then the EC mainly Smith and Nieto will fall not far behind.
Better start saying good by to your loved one before they lock your asses up for a very long time.
With all the disenrollment's around Indian Country the Supreme Court should hear this case and do something to help all that this affects.
Our prayers are with you for having the courage to move forward with this and we look forward to your victory.
All Indian Country should stand behind this group from Pala that truly belong in the Band.
The Pala EC should make the right choice before it's to late.
You picked the wrong Family to Fuc$ with Smith and Nieto and you will pay for it.

I am happy to see that the group from Pala is still fighting for what is right.
They deserve justice for what the Pala EC has done to them and we all hope that justice is served with the Supreme Court.

I will bet that Smith and the EC think that the BIA will take the blame for this bullshit with Amy Duschbag the Regional Director in Sacramento. Guess again Pala EC you did these people wrong and the Supreme Court will see right through you lies and corruption.

The Supreme Court is not being asked to review the actions of the Pala EC. Santa Clara Pueblos v. Martinez bars the Court from interpreting tribal law, or from interfering with tribal membership decisions. This petition challenges the BIA's approval of the Pala Constitution. The Pala Constitution was never ratified in an election where a majority of the voting members participated as required by the Articles of Association. It was ratified in a General Council meeting where only 27 members placed votes.

Let's see if the Supreme Court believes that the BIA has a fiduciary trust obligation to make sure that tribal law is observed and that a governing document that removes power and authority from the General membership should be allowed to stand when it was not approved by the General membership.

More sad news in Pala.
Manuel Morro, a live long resident of Pala has passed away.
Manny will be missed by family and friends.
He was a well known carpenter through out many Reservation where he did a lot of work for Native people who needed home repairs.
He leaves behind his sister Mary Morro Guchino of Pala.

Wow Manuel Morro passed away, now I know what Smith was talking about
when he said, one less to worry about. He was talking about Manuel
his own cousin.
Well Robert how low can you go.
At least Manuel never turned his back on his family and his friends like you have, just for a few dollars. You low life little bitch.
And we hope your Daughter does get arrested for her part in the Murder that she is helping to cover up at Pala. It would serve YOU right if it does happen that she gets arrested.

Agenda of the this months Pala meeting: we have no important business other than banishing people from the Rez. Well that's what happens when anything put on the agenda must be approved by Robert. He doesn't want or need to share truth ball business with the tribe. Starting the year banishing 5 people is a threat to everyone else saying this could happen to you if you don't stay quiet and in line.

Isn't his daughter considered a direct to the Reservation and it's members riding around with loaded fire arms and sniper equipment and drugs.Just wait until the tables get turned Robert it will be hell for your family and especially for your daughters.

That's right. That's what Robert did to king. Robert hates king so he dissenrolled kings kids. So what do you think is going to happen when you are out of power robert? The same thing.

Anonymous said...

I don't think Robert relizes the situation that he is creating for his kids when he is gone.

You assume Robert cares...he doesn't.

looks like Pala,is giving up,they don't respond on this sight any more, any.

They aren't giving up, they will never give up. one reason the posting has been light on this is because Robert has stopped people
who have the Pala internet service from posting on any of the blog sites that print the truth about him and the corrupt EC, and he has publicly threatened anyone that post anything will be dealt with and
will loose their per capita if they are caught.
He is such a little bitch and a cry baby.
Can't wait to get even with him.
I wonder what he thinks will happen to his kids when he is dead and gone and 6 feet under.
They will be the ones to pay for all of the hate and the lies and the corruption that their father created on the Reservation.
Living in Pala today is like living in a concentration camp.
We POC's, prisoners of corruption.

Nobody is giving up. I see more comments on palawatch then I see on pechanga blog. Both sites are very informative.

I connected through Tribal Digital Village on my cell phone and posted this message. Pala residents should be able to do the same. Maybe I just slipped through, but maybe Robert Smith doesn't really block this blog.

However I don't recommend doing this with location enabled or from a fixed IP address. No reason to let anyone who might be watching know exactly where you are.

Many complaints have been filed with the FCC and they are looking into
complaints as of last Friday.
Will keep you posted with their investigation as I hear.

Update.
Looks like the Pala EC has hired an IT that has a record of tapping into other peoples E-Mail accounts.
If anyone suspects that there E-Mail accounts have been breached should file a complaint with the FCC ASAP.
Just be real careful what you state in your posting on Blogs until
all the investigations have been completed.
The FCC will send it's findings to the office of the FBI after all
the findings are reviewed and singed off on.
