We can't our Chairman won't allow us to.
We have to wait until he dies before we will, be allowed to do anything.
He has to control everything.
He even tells his cousin (wife)when to shit and only allows her
10 inches of toilet paper per serving.
As I remember the meeting concerning the new compact, the members voted to let the EC negotiate a new one with the State.
However I don't recall a meeting where the Members voted to have the EC sign, seal the new compact before bringing back to the Members for approval.
OR WAS THAT MEETING CANCELED?
