Questions For the Next PBMI General Council Meeting

I would like to thank commenters for raising important issues that need to be addressed at the next General Council meeting.

Here are some questions and issues that should be raised:

First off the meeting is being held on Veteran's Day.  Robert has always disrepected Veterans as well as elders.  This meeting should be canceled.

Where is Howard Dickstein's Contract?  Why is he not on the list?  Kilma said Howard was getting 5% of the casino revenue each month.  Who approved that?

How many contacts did Sara Dutschke Setshwaelo really have? First she was hired as an individual, then through Karshmer and Associates, and now through Dentons US LLP.

We all know Sara Dutschke Setshwaelo was hired to help disenroll the Brittains.  Why should the tribe pay for an attorney who hurts its own membership.

Who gets to approve Sara's contract?  Her Aunt who happens to be BIA Pacific Regional Director Amy Dutschke?

Where is Karshmer's Contract?  She was working for the tribe for how long?  Since Karshmer is the one that reviewed the Constitution she should know attorney's contracts need General Council Approval and Secretary of the Interior Approval.

Anyone remember when Karshmer got term limits reversed?

Newsflash Kimberly Kluff no longer works for Foreman and Associates.  She currently works for Morongo.

Robert is trying to even get retroactive approval for contracts that are no longer in operation.

What are these attorneys doing for the tribe?  Obviously these attorneys are not representing the tribe, they are representing Robert.  Why does Robert need so many attorneys?

How much are these attorneys getting paid?

Since these contracts pre-dated the Brittains being disenrolled shouldn't they be allowed to vote on them as well since they are affected parties?

Robert Smith's illegal Constitution cannot be amended at a General Council meeting.  It's too late to go on the ballot for the General Election.  It would have to be a General Election called specifically to amend the illegal Constitution.

Don't give the Executive Committee power to remove members and non-members without General Council approval.  To do that would require a Constitutional amendment anyway to transfer that power.  The Executive Committee should make their case for removal of each individual they are targeting to the General Council.  Too often the Executive Committee has used their power to punish and hurt others they view as political opponents.

PBMI members should ask for a bonus for $30K especially since this will be the last year the Brittains are not on the rolls.  If Robert asks where is the money going come from, tell him from the Tribal Gaming Authority which is authorized to expend from the gross revenues for per capita.

If he says there is no money tell him to get it from Pala Interactive,  the avocado grove, lease monies, property investments, and other ventures unknown to the GeneralCouncil.  Robert can also sell 50 of the tribes vehicles and sell the Jets.  Who needs golf anyway.  There's always Sage Capital.  Dividends are high this year, sell some stock.  Maybe the bonus should be $40K.

By the way, where did the minor trust funds go?  Perhaps $50K is more appropriate.

Motion to not make any changes for at least 2 more years. Then motion to get ay least a 20,000 Christmas bonus. Then motion to end meeting.
Show the EC that the People Have And will Retain all powers that they do have left and we intent to use the powers for the betterment of the Whole Tribe.

If the EC says they don't have the money then tell them to get somewhere and then call for a forensic audit asap.

Robert has chosen to have this meeting on Vet.Day, a national holiday to bring into view our vets that fought for our freedom and living in peace on United States soil.
SO PEOPLE OF PALA LETS SHOW THE EC THAT AS VETS. OF THE TRIBAL WAR THAT SMITH AND THE EC HAVE STARTED, THAT WE WILL NOT STAND FOR THEIR SO CALL AMENDMENT CHANGES THAT GIVE THEM MORE AMMO. TO KILL OFF EVEN TRIBAL MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS FROM THE RESERVATION.
STAND FIRM ON A NO VOTE ON THE AMENDMENTS CHANGE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE POWER TO WIN THIS STUPID WAR AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THE PALA BAND OF MISSION INDIANS.
THIS RESERVATION WAS ESTABLISHED FOR US, THE PEOPLE OF CUPA AND NOT FOR THE PLEASURES OF AN EC THAT WANTS FULL CONTROLLING POWER OVER THE MEMBERS OF OUR TRIBE.A YES VOTE WILL FOR SURE CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS FOR PALA, WHICH WE DO NOT NEED.
IF WE, AS A UNTIED TRIBE STAND TALL AND FIGHT FOR JUSTICE FOR OUR PEOPLE OF PALA,WE WILL WIN THIS BATTLE AND THE EVIL ONE WILL FOR SURE LOSE EVERYTHING THAT WAS STOLEN FROM THE TRIBE.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND WHY ROBERT SMITH WANTS THIS CONTROL.HE WANTS TO BE ABLE TO BANISH, EVICT AND DISENROLL ANYONE THAT GETS IN HIS WAY,MEMBERS INCLUDED.
THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP HAS ALWAY HAD THIS OPTIN AND SHOULD RETAIN THIS OPTION OR FACE THE POSSIBILTY THAT IF ROBERT SMITH WANT YOU GONE, YOUR GONE AND THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE NO SAY AS TO THE OUTCOME OF HIS ACTIONS.
DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE, VOTE ALL AMENDENTS DOWN OR ?.

If there was a way to keep Smiths ugly fat toothless sister in law Lizzy from making stupid motions at the meetings mat be Members would get a chance to ask question. But her hand goes up and is reconized by the EC almost immediately after Smith calls for a motion to approve. That is what hurts these meetings.
Also someone should tell her that there such a thing called right guard deodorant for women. Wow, she stinks like shrimp.
That's how these thing are getting passed so quickly.

If only there was a way for her to not show up at the meeting. or to get laryngitis.

I don't think that laryngitis would work for her. Maybe that's why she smells like shrimp. The EC can detect her armpit smell from the get go. USE RIGHT GUARD FOR WOMEN<OLEASE GIVE US BREAK OR SIT SOME WHERE ELSE. And go to the dentist for Christ sake you do have insurance. Or use the clinic in Rincon.

Lizzy (Lizard) was always the dirty one of the bunch, she was a little off too, but she was nice and fun to play with when we were all little, so was Trina, Bubble-Up was the funnest, always a big smile. They have been through a lot, but then again so have many, many people. Alice loved her kids to the moon and back, always, always had one on her hip and one by her side. She must be so frustrated with her girls, and I am sure she wants them in Heaven with her, unfortunately that might not happen. Vivienne gave up everything to take care of those kids, she loved them, suffered with them, and laughed with them. She did not have to, but her blood was definitely thicker than water, and she just wanted the best for them and all her kin. Love you Vivienne, love you Alice, we still pray for you and respect you.

Get rid of Smith and Nieto and get back your bonuses through the year, like your travel money that the seniors and Elders used to get if they didn't or couldn't travel with the seniors because of health issues. Why did they take it away in the first place.
Or should I say how could they take it away when it was a motion that was made to give it out in the first place and approved by the General Membership, and was never brought back to the GM to stop it.

@ 12:53.
True and what about the house cleaning allowance and the yard allowance also that was approved by the GM and now has been taken away also. Where is that money being put into. Their Pockets?
It was never brought back to the GM for a vote to not give it out.
